​  Free Introductory Meeting

​​I offer an Introductory Meeting, for about 15 to 20 minutes, online or in person; where you can come to my consulting room to see the space and meet me in person. You can ask questions about therapy and how I work and we can discuss how we can work together.
All work and fees are considered and planned on an individual basis following an Introductory Meeting.

You may also wish to offer a gift package of 6 or 12 sessions to a loved one. You may know of someone who could do with the extra financial support for them either continue the therapeutic work they have already started, or to kick start them into accessing a much needed safe space and professional support to work through difficulties or to help them become who they truly are or want to be.
Finances, can be one of the most frequent reasons why people drop off therapy or are not able to access the support they need it in the first place.
6 to 12 sessions may not be all they need, but it might be just enough to turn things around and give them permission to continue investing and working in therapy independently.
There are some considerations to think before purchasing these packages. Please contact me to discuss these options further. ​
