​All sessions, unless negotiated differently, are 1 hour

• Personal therapy session  £67.00
• Clinical supervision £67.00 (individual)
• Clinical supervision £37.00 (group)
• Parent consultation £67.00
• Coming Together Group events (90 minutes) £20.00​

Note:
Fees are increasing from the 1st May 2026 to £72.00 for 1 hour sessions

​  Free Introductory Meeting

​​I offer an online or call Introductory Meeting, for 20 minutes, to talk through your needs. for you to ask questions and us to see how we can work together.

• All work and fees are considered and planned on an individual basis following an Introductory Meeting.
  
• ​Fees are payable, through bank transfer or cash, either before or on the day of the appointment.
  
• ​Invoices/receipts, which lists dates and services provided, can be issued monthly when required for reimbursement, employer or university records, or upon request.

You may also wish to offer a gift package of 6 or 12 sessions to a loved one. You may know of someone who could do with the extra financial support for them either continue the therapeutic work they have already started, or to kick start them into accessing a much needed safe space and professional support to work through difficulties or to help them become who they truly are or want to be.
Finances, can be one of the most frequent reasons why people drop off therapy or are not able to access the support they need it in the first place.
6 to 12 sessions may not be all they need, but it might be just enough to turn things around and give them permission to continue investing and working in therapy independently.
There are some considerations to think before purchasing these packages. Please contact me to discuss these options further. ​
